How to create bitmaps?

Hello everybody,

I want to create a bitmap file to represent some data(LV 6.1, using
the picture functions).
But I don´t know how to save it, since I don´t know how to convert the
data type 'picture' to anything else.

LabVIEW 7.0 supports exporting a picture control to a , which can be saved to bitmap. However, in LabVIEW 6.1 on option is to use the "Get Image" VI Server Method. This gets an image of the FP control, so you will need to which you can then remove the border. Take a look at...
