How to create a smith plot from frequency (x-axis) and Amplitude(y-axis)

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a smith plot from frequency and amplitude data but I'm not sure how to format it to obtain the plot correctly.

Every suggestion will be very helpful.

I've attached two VIs and a folder.  The first VI is an example VI I found by searching the forum and the other VI has controls containing raw data from a network analyzer.  This data was obtained by running the s-parameter example VI from Keysight.

I'm hoping that with the raw data, anyone can play with it and see if they can set the correct format and obtain the smith plot correctly. I could not attach the s-parameter example VI because the file was too large to be posted on the forum.
