That is an interesting question. The Fuzzy Controller is available in the PID Control Toolkit, but it looks like you are trying to obtain the transfer function of the Fuzzy Controller for some specific operating point. Is it correct? Well, to do that you would need to obtain the specific operating point and do numerical linearization around this point, since Fuzzy is inherent Non-linear.
On the other hand, it is the first time I see this request. Could you provide more information to what you are trying to do?
