How to control Minimize an external application

Hi, 

I have an VI which open Google Chrome for 10 seconds and ten I can not return atomatically to my front panel.

I am searching an option to minimize external application automatically when i Want.

I have been searching on LabView Forum but all the posts are too old and the links don't have a correct route.

Please, could you help me? Do you know if exists Minimize Window.vi or something like this? If not, how couls I do it?

There was a presentation at NI Week last week that might be helpful for this: Event Page.

That link has a pdf containing slides, but the basic idea was to use the Windows (i.e. Microsoft Windows' "Windows" - the things that are drawn on a monitor) API to control other applications' behaviour.

It was probably fairly advanced, but there should be a video recording available at some point 'soon' in the future. I'm not sure when! 😛
