How to change symbol(checkbox) in multicolume listbox by event structure

As the attached screen, the user should able to select/unselect the checkbox in the first colume. May I know how to detect the user's click on it. It seems can use the detection of the cell, but not very accurate. Thanks.

Hi alex,

Checkbox is only a symbol. I don't think and could not find event on symbol as such.
