How to calculate throughput for 2 x 2 MIMO Labview code

Hi, I'm trying to use the code "2X2 MIMO QAM with Alamouti Coding" to see the performance of alalog circuit.

To see the performance, I need to know its throughput and BER.

In this code, I can see its BER but not throughput.

Is there any way to calculate its throughput? or any codes to reference?
