How do I unistall LV Internet Toolkit?

My LabView 2010 app shows 1 error: "The Internet Toolkit Common library is expired or invalidly licensed." The library shows locked in my Project Explorer. I do not think that I am using of its functions. My application is otherwise error free and running.

How do I unlock and delete the LV Internet Toolkit from my Project and get in uninstalled? I can not find and options that will do this.

on windows platforms: control panel -> add/remove programs -> "National Instruments Software"

This pops up an uninstaller dialog that lets you select what to uninstall from all of the modules, toolkits, programs, etc. that you have installed.
