How do I load a device driver into the Instrument Drivers pallet

I want to be able to download a driver from the ni developers zone site and have it show up in the Instrument I/O, Instrument Drivers pallet.  Can anyone walk me through this?

To elaborate on that...

Just install the device/instrument, the VIs will automatically show up in the Instrument I/O pallette.

To be a little more specific, you need to unzip the file into the instr.lib folder. Restart LabVIEW and it should appear. Read the instructions for more details.
