How do I edit a boolean button image?

I have been trying to simply change the images for a button so that the button matches the rest of my interface. I have created images and tried to customize the boolean button by importing the image but it will only allow me to edit the image shown when the button is not being pressed. If i try to press the button, then edit that image, it reverts back to the old image as soon as i click the button to put it back into edit mode. I am using version 6.1. Has anyone else had this problem?

It sounds like you need to change the mechanical action of the Boolean to something other than "Switch Until Released" and then edit the images.

Good luck,

Or if taken into the control editor, it has a menu item listing all four
button images. Yes, four for True, False, True tracking, and False
tracking. Tracking means interacting with the mouse.

You can also import the image simply as a decal which is sort of pasted
on top of all the button state images and responds to the mouse the same
as the button.
