How do I create .lsb with MSVC++ 4.0

i need to create a .lsb subroutine file for my CIN that i could load into
labview.... but how do i make a .lsb file using MSVC++..

With the Borland and MinGw compliers being available for free, they
would be useful for those amongst us who would like to dabble in
cin''s without investing in more software.
