How do I add a Custom Image/Background to a Gauge control?

Management wants a specific looking instruments to indicate what each of the dials are on our interface.

Specifically, they want gauges that look like the ones in the attached picture.

How do I edit the background image on the default gauge control to use a custom image?

That can be done by making the background transparent and droping an image on the FP behind the indicator.
