How can I use HiQ VIs in Labview 7.1 from version 5.0?

I have old G code from Version 5.0.

We brough the code up to LabView 7.1.

Inside this code there are HiQ VIs that I would like to keep as is to create plots of data.

When Launching the "Launch HiQ" VI, I get a error that says: "this class not registered".

Do I need to load a dll or llb?

Help....  I do not want to understand all the code for the HiQ plots, let alone redo the code.

Thanks!

Hi Brian,

HiQ is not supported for LabVIEW 7.1 and later.  This information can be found at the following link:

What's New in HiQ 4.5?

Note: National Instruments does not support HiQ functionality on Mac OS in LabVIEW 7.0 and will no longer support HiQ functionality on all platforms after LabVIEW 7.0. If your application uses HiQ VIs, consider replacing them with the Analyze and Mathematics VIs. Refer to the LabVIEW Help for information about using the Analyze and Mathematics VIs. You access the LabVIEW Help by selecting Help»VI, Function, & How-To Help.

I know it may take some work, but eventually the code will need to be updated anyways.  I hope this helps.
