How can I start the HTTP Server?

In my LabVIEW 6.1,I cann't find the "Project"as shown in the above link.So how can I start the HTTP Server?

If you're just talking about the Labview HTTP server, go to Tools->Web publishing Tool...

At the bottom, you will see a button that says "Start Web Server".

There are two web servers available with LabVIEW. There's the one the Mark mentions and ships with LabVIEW. There is another one with the optional Internet toolkit and this adds things like CGI, FTP, Telnet support. The optional one has the path in your posting. If you need the functionality of the toolkit, you can go to here to get addtional information or to purchase it.
