How can I mark a area in a line profile, to get work with the area?

Hello together,

I would like mark a area in a line profile. I tryed to use the function (see attachment).

How can I get the marked dates?

I hope anybody has a idea.

You can add two cursors to line profile plot, set them to show up as vertical lines and then use them either to mark the area of interest or get the x-values of cursors locations.

I post two new images. This pictures clarify my problem.

Do you mean it's possible to get the values of the rectangle? Because I only want work withe the area between the vertical lines.
