In all likelihood, no one who is familiar with LabVIEW would have used Autodesk Maya before.  It looks like a specialty product.  Your best bet is to contact Autodesk and find out what methods they have placed in it to allow other programs to communicate with it.  That website mentions tools being released soon on a website.  Perhaps when they are available, they will provide a means for LabVIEW to communicate with it.
