How can I keep a surface fixed plot in 3D Parametric Surface

HI

I have built a sphere in 3D Parametric Surface,

I want to keep the spheric surface fixed.

Then I will draw some dot on surface.

How can I keep vision of sphere is continuous/silent and the dots is doted one by one as a queue.
