How can I export a digital waveform automatically to Excel?

I would like to export a digital waveform automatically to Excel, without having to go to the front panel and selecting Export -> Export data to Excel. I have attempted this using the Write to Spreadsheet File vi, but the data types are not compatible (see attachment). I have not been able to find a vi to convert a digital waveform to a 1-D array (DBL). I do not have a lot of experience in Labview, so I was wondering if I am missing an easy solution to this problem?

Can you please publish in 2011 can't open 2012.

I am not sure how to save to the 2011 version, so I have attached 2 JPEG files of the front panel and block diagram.
