That depends on what you want your program to do...

CTRL-E when you're on the front panel will bring up the block diagram, if that's what you're asking. If you have other questions please be more specific. Also, it would be a good idea to read through available training material and the LabVIEW User Manual.

What have you done and what problems are you having?

I set the front panel, but I don't know how to connect the desired function in the block diagram.

Did you notice those training resources offered at the top of the LabVIEW board?

(Then you should know how to "connect the functions" in the block diagram!)
