How build a NotARefnum constant ?

Hallo,

is there a way to construct a "NotARefnum" constant just like a string or
number?.
I have a case structure with a VI Refnum Output. The other case should be
filled with a NotARefnum constant, but going to the Refnum output terminal
and clicking the pop-up menu doesn't give me the desired "create constant"
or "create not a refnum" block.
Is there a specific VI, that represents a NotARefnum, if yes:Where is it ?
If no:How to solve my problem?

The Not A Refnum constant is in the File I/O >> File Constants (bottom left corner) palette.
