How Can I Change Fix Point Numeric Control's Word and Integer Length

Can i change Fix Point Word length programmatically at runtime?

You can't.  That is changing the datatype of a wire.

Hımm . I think i can use property node of fixed point numeric control or constant. But on the property node menu, word length does not appear.

You were just told why it doesn't appear in the property node.  Generally if you think you can change a property, you should look at the property node.  If it's not there, you'll want to value the property node's denial over your "thinking."
