I have found a bug (I think) concerning the new "tip strip" capability of LabVIEW 6.02. When I put a text control on a front panel of a simple vi, wire a slow while loop (1 sec iteration) around the text box terminal, create a string constant ("Enter text") wired to the Tip Strip Property Node ofthe text box, I cannot enter any text into the text box control on the front panel. Is this a known bug?

This isn't a bug, but the inablility to be a really fast typer. If you set the loop delay to something like three seconds you are able to do this. A better method might be based on some action, trigger a sub-VI that prompts you to enter a tip strip. I have attatched a file illustrating this.
