So I did my project on labview but then my professor said that i still need to do the web service and I need help with that, i don’t know how to do it. How can I do it

Shipped with LabVIEW, there is a very useful tool to find examples of pretty much any native / NI related libraries.
In any LabVIEW window, click on Help > Find Examples...
A new window shows up, now you select Search tab and type what you are looking for, here "webservice":

Now select the project in the middle, it will open it and allow you to "play" with it to understand how it works.

In addition, there are many written tutorials with picture on NI website, I recommend to you to search for them on your web search engine. On Google, the second result for "labview webservice" gives me this tutorial (the first link being the webservice documentation which is useful too):
