Please help me open VI! When I try open VI, i get an error:

Sorry, but that VI has no block diagram, which means there is no actual code to open.  It can only be ran in LabVIEW 7.1.  Go yell at whoever gave you that VI and demand the actual code.  If that is not availalable, then you will have to rewrite it.
