Help:Waveform generation in continuous mode

I have

           1. One text data of 16000 samples which is in spreadsheet format and i can read that.
           2.From the example of "Cont Gen Voltage Wfm-Int Cll-On-Board Regeneration" of NI Example finder,we can generate the continuous waveform generation in analog output.
               

               Can we integrate these two i.e,using the data file can i generate the waveform or signal continuously by DAQ,if so please let me know how can i do that?
                I hope we can use while loop for making the data continuous.Any ideas please share?
