Harmonic cursor XControl issue

Hi all,

I am using the Harmonic XControl found in the link below. It does not seem to work with LabVIEW 2011 or later versions. Can anyone help me fix this issue.

Thanks in advance.

What doesn't work? Is the XControl fixible or is its code locked?

Hello Mike,

PFA the error code for all the broken SubVIs. The error seems to be common for all the broken SubVIs. I couldn't find any threads on how to fix this issue. Is there a work around for this. I so badly want to use this XControl for my application.

Well first you have to find a vi that is actually broken, not one that is simply calling one that is broken. Look for a vi in the error list that has a red x to it. Those are the VIs that have the problem.

I have the same problem with LV2014.

It seems to be a problem with LabView error:

https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/labview-api-ref/page/errors/run-time-type-not-propagated.html

Is there a version corrected for LV2014 ?

Thank you.
