HSDIO Triggering

Hello All.  I hope the everyone is doing well and safe from CV-19.

I have a question concerning HSDIO triggering.  I am using PXI-6551 and PXI-6561 modules on a PXIe-1082 Chassis. The platform is Labview 19 on Windows 10 installed on the PXIe-1082.

I am trying to send a U32 through the PXI-6551 module to an external component. This will cause the component to send data back which I will acquire on the PXI-6561 module and record. 

I do not want to damage the component in line before testing out the code properly so I have created both generate and acquire (loopback) on the PXI-6561  to prove concept. 

I would like to match a pattern to trigger on the PXI-6551 cause the PXI-6561 to begin generation and subsequently match a second pattern to begin acquisition. 

I have both modules working and talking.  I enabled to generate and acquisition to ensure I have data and all is working fine.

My two questions are:

1. How can I sync up the two clocks for these modules (6551 & 6561)?

2. How can I use a U32 match pattern trigger on the PXI-6551 to begin the generation and acquisition on the PXI-6561?

Picture of the code is attached below. The two sections are on the same block diagram but I could not fit them both in the screen and they are not currently connected and acting independently of each other.
