HP-IB with LabVIWE error

Hi,
I use LabVIWE6i with HP82350 GPIB card
and install HP-SICL,LabVIWE6i,NI-VISA3.0.1
When set card it's show VISA error code:
"0x3FFF0077 (VI_WARN_CONFIG_NLOADED)"
and descriptionof error
"viOpenDefaultRM returned 0x3FFF0077 (The specified configuration either does not exist or could not be loaded; using VISA-specified defaults.)

This error usually occurs when a Passport either could not be found or could not be loaded. Please make sure your Passports are correctly configured by using the Passport editor, and then refresh your configuration tree. The following Passports were enabled on your system but could not be found or loaded:
C:\Program Files\VISA\win95\bin\hpgpvx32.dll could not be found"
How can I do?

You need to install Agilent VISA in order to use the 82350 GPIB card.

Keep NI-VISA as your primary VISA.
Install Agilent VISA in the side-by-side mode.
Configure the 82350 with Agilent VISA (Agilent IO Libraries - IO Config).
Turn on the NiVisaTulip Passport in NI-MAX (under Tools).
