HMI Touch Panel

I have a cFP-2110 system in which I would like to incorporate a HMI touch panel device. I've already purchased the Touch Panel module 8.2 software so I can program a HMI. Since NI only has a 5.7" screen HMI and I would like a larger screen, I'm trying to figure out which other brands are my best alternative. I would like to minimize development time as much as possible. I plan on communicating with the HMI through TCP/IP and I believe it has to have win ce on the HMI. Any help is much appreciated!

You are correct with the LabVIEW Touch Panel Module you can use TCP/IP to program NI and 3rd party HMIs running Windows CE.  You can also use shared variables to simplify the development or Modbus TCP/IP for third party hardware.  There are some third party devices NI has validated, specifcially the QSI Treq.  There are challenges with these devices when it comes to installing shared variable support.  I also recommend contacting your local Sales Engineer to learn more about the HMI roadmap, or contacting the product manager directly at robert.jackson@ni.com
