Ok, this is more clear now and I think I see (almost !) the point. I tried to include most of what you did into my VI, but it's not working completely yet (I cannot initialize the array to 0 among others +o( ). So here is attached my VI, maybe that you'll have the solution, don't hesitate to modify it or else.

good morning

delete the constant outside of the while loop, and deleted the red 2D array wire. the rest of the broken wire will suddenly become 1D array not borken. you can now reconnect to the left shift register. then, from outside the loop on the shift register press left button -> create constant.

be aware that in this configuration every 30 secodns the internal loop will reset the graph and the data in the shift register.

what version of lv do you have?

I did exactly what you said and it perfectly works now! A big, very big THANK YOU for your help !! I'll post the complete working VI, if it can help other people in my case.
