Getting access to 2D arrays elements

As I said, you code makes absolutely no sense and is not decipherable (truncated image, hidden wires, wires going in all directions, [i] wired to the "direction" input of boolean crossing (?????!!!!!), a file read function with nothing connected, etc.)

All you need is a simple state machine the size of a postcard. Start with a hardware-free simulation until everything works, then substitute the drivers.

I still recommend to do the tutorials, then start over from scratch. You are in a rut and you need to back out of it!

I did this. Here is screenshot of what I tried to achieve. When I change index I can read all rows the way I needed

No. Just no!

(All it shows are glaring mistakes and convoluted Rube Goldberg code. It does NOT show what you are trying to achieve at all!)

Why are you not taking the advice of altenbach and going through the free tutorials? You clearly need that.
