Getting Started with FLUKE Norma 4000 - Error 1074001424

Hello,

i am trying to get started with my Fluke Norma 4000 when the following error showed up. 

My computer is connected with an USB/RS-232 Interface to the Fluke. The error appeared when i was trying to run the Getting Started.vi. I can hear the init when clicking on the run button but after several seconds the error appears.

What could be the problem?

The instrument detected a problem with one of the scpi strings sent to it. Turn on I/O Trace to capture all of the communication and then compare the captured data to the commands listed in the manual.
