Getting Access Control List

Hi

I'm using LabVIEW 8.2.1 and NI Security. I have configured the domain and users in the Domain Account Manager and trying to read the privilege of the user logged in. There is no VI in DSC>Security from where i can get the privilege of the user logged in. There is only one invoke node "NI Security.Get Access Rights" which accepts ACL (Access Control List) and gives out Acess Rights.

Can anybody let me know what is ACL and how it can be used to get Access Rights of the user logged in?

You may see this [broken link removed; article no longer available] and this, but neither of them are very encouraging. As per this, to come somewhere close to a solution you may need LabVIEW 8.5
