Generate user selectable Signal forms

I need to generate signal and the type of waveform(sine,square,sawtooth etc..,) should be user selectable

how can i do this.

Search for 'Function Waveform Generation.vi'...

In my machine (with Windows 7 and LabVIEW 2012), the same example can be found at following location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2012\examples\measure\maxmpl.llb\Function Waveform Generation.vi

Same is attached (saved in LabVIEW version 2009) for your reference.
