Re: Generate a synchronized PWM

Hi,

In LabVIEW go to the Example Finder (under the help menu). Click on the "search" tab and type in "PWM." These examples are your basic PWM programs.

There are some sub VI's that were not shown. Could you please sent me the "missing" sub VI'S?

labview1958,

You apparently don't have the NI-DAQ driver installed on the machine where you opened up the example. If you install the latest version of NI-DAQ for your operating system (look here), you will not have any missing subVIs.

Re: Generate a synchronized PWM

There is no example finder on my help tab. Here are the instructions. I cannot seem to locate the example finder!

Finding Example VIs
.

Complete the following steps to browse or search installed example VIs and example VIs on the Web.

Select Help»Find Examples to launch the NI Example Finder. You also can click the arrow on the Open button on the LabVIEW dialog box and select Examples from the shortcut menu to launch the NI Example Finder.

HOW TO DO THIS?

Select Help»Find Examples to launch the NI Example Finder

Re: Generate a synchronized PWM

You want the NI-DAQ 7.4 driver, assuming you're using the 6025E DAQ board you mentioned above. You could burn the driver onto CD if you wanted; you'll see that the downloads actually have "CD1" and "CD2" in their names.

With regard to your question about Example Finder above: you need to choose Help >> Find Examples from LabVIEW itself, not from the Help interface. You can do it from any front panel or block diagram.

Small correction: Assuming you're using the 6025E DAQ board you mentioned above, the latest NI-DAQ driver that supports Windows 98 is NI-DAQ 7.1:
