Does someone know how do I find this component in labview, Generate Waveform VI ? In my tutorial it is said that I may find it in functions>>tutorial. But where is this?Thanks.

I might recomend the tutorial if the op manages to find a copy of 4.0 and run it on a pc from that time. Floppy drive to load the software, Windows 95, a 200 MHz processor, 128k of RAM, 2GB hard drive, and a 28.8k modem to connect to the Internet.
