Hi every one .. i need help ... to make a GUI i want to take serial data from arduino uno then make fft on it then plot it in time and frequency then make correlation to differentiate signals

What have you tried? There are many resources for figuring out how to use LabVIEW as a GUI for an Arduino. Google is your friend.

Try a few things and then come back with your code and questions if it doesn't work.

There's a whole community on here called LabVIEW Interface for Arduino.

i have tried already ... but there is no result 

labview didnt recognize arduino board !

Have you followed the step-by-step instructions here for getting started?

My guess is you still need to install the LINX driver on to the Arduino
