I dont know how to fuzzify data or how to make fuzzy controller to read the input data

It sounds like you need to learn a bit about how fuzzy logic works. For now don't worry about how to do it in LV. Spend some time on Google looking up how the process works in general. After that we can worry about the implementation - which is really pretty trivial.
