Just resize the while-loop (upper-left corner direction) and you see a part of the code. The rest must be hidden in the same way (different layers, resized loops,...).
The falling needle is a separate control, hiding its scale with a white ramp. The Meter-Indicator has a transparent needle. So you see the scale of one control and the needle of another.
Over the numeric indicator are two string indicators (one for "normal" counting and one for the falling number). The falling number is just a string indicator which is moved in each iteration.
Just try to debug the vi in highlighting mode and you can see some values moving somewhere behind the visible loop.
