Unfortunately, no, I never found a solution to this problem - I ended up using a less elegant solution. Do you have code you can post?

Hi Jack,

I'm trying to write a basic numeric input control that has an adjustable repeat rate on the increment/decrement keys instead of the tardy non-adjustable Labview one. Works perfectly in edit mode, but the button state doesn't update in run mode until the xcontrol event finishes - which is a problem since I need the button state to finish the xcontrol event....
