Front Panel Background Blink

Is there a way to make the Front panel background blink just like a front panel control would?  Thanks!

change the FP pane color using a property node at any rate you like to…

Thanks for the quick response.  So I could changing the color code in a while loop and just keep changing between two colors back in forth at the rate of the while loop timer?
