Thanks a lot for your work, I managed to make free of use a 64 Gb Toshiba 2251-03 of 2015. (Drop shaped aluminium profile)
Here is how I did:
In Windows 7 because key informations does not appear in MPALL in Windows 11.

Download: MPALL_0x7F-DL20_v5.03.0B-BK_20160711.rar
Run: MPALL_F1_7F00_DL20_v503_0B_fix.exe
Retrieve settings using “Get Info”, the button to the left of the information displayed on the key.
In Setting, I set:
Controller : PS2251-03
-Preformat
Target Capacity : 60288MB
-Customise Settings
VID : 0930
PID : 1400 (Get Info values, no Auto Detect)
Manufacture : Name TOSHIBA
Product Name : TOSHIBA USB DRV
Save, close the Setting window, Update and Start. Waiting for the magic to happen.
The place where you could see the informations turns to a progression bar for the process, et voilà!
