Forcing Excel to replace a file without displaying the replace dialog box

I am using Excel to write xls files. When I try to replace an existing file it displays the replace file dialog box. Is there a way to force Excel to replace the existing files without displaying the dialog box (programmatically from within LabVIEW vi). I am attaching the vi's. Top level vi is MEPU-WriteTableToXL.vi and I'm saving the file in MEPU-SaveExcelFile.vi.
Please help.

Hi rashid,

add the property "DisplayAlerts" in your "open Excel.vi" and set it to false.
