Hi Patel,

I am sorry about manufacturer manual, this is very old torque meter and we don't have manual available for specific model.
I am using 10V internal excitation from NI 9237 module.
Did you connect the NI9237 and that sensor correctly?
Did you verify the 10V excitation voltage?
Can you cross-check with a "known working" (and probably not so old) sensor to verify the correct cabling and behaviour of the NI9237?
What else did you do to verify your measurement setup?
Can you even supply the complete sensor type/name?

I have identified the wires as per its old connection. when it was installed with old data acquisition system. my model is TP - 5KMCB from KYOWA, I contacted them and they have provided attached manual, which doesn't cover my model.

I was mind full of weight. I did use arm length 0.5m and applied weights from 0.5 kg to 9 kg.

This manual doesn't have model which I am using, so I decided to go as per pervious connection where 10V was used.

When you did the calibration, what output did you get with 0.5 kg and what at 9 kg?
You said this is an old torquemeter. It is based on slip rings. Are you sure it isn't damaged and getting the electrical signals across the slip rings?
Have you tried using an ohmmeter across the the various bridge leads to see what resistances it is giving you?
