Finding Parallel Port settings programmatically

I have a co-worker that installed a PCI based parallel port and he was wondering if he could get the port address programmatically?

Windows randomly assigns 090_hex?

I believe devcon will do that.

devcon driverfiles =ports seems to work.

Actually it's devcon resources  =ports:
