My question is how to find the target spreadsheet file from the folder that I'm looking for.

For example:

I have 2 different folders (folder A and folder B). In each folder, there are 3 files (file 1, file 2, file 3). I want to point to the target folder and call out the file that I want to read.

If you know the folder, you could do a List Folder Contents to get a list of files in that folder.  You can then just use Array Index to get the file you want.
