Filtering Integer from .xls File

Hallo all,

I have an excel data. It contain Integer , String , and Picture  (I attached a snapshot of it).
How can I take / filter just the Integer (In Snapshot , it is indicated with red font), and put it into an array, so i can process it.
Labview just provides functions to read String or Integer from a file.
Any Suggestion would be helpful.

you got an newer version of Excel,

select value2 instead of value
