Fill gray value 0

Good day,
I am Labview beginner, I turn to you, and ask for the help.
I post here a picture.
In this picture the holes must be filled that is, where gray values is 0, must be filled.
I hope you have some idea,
posting it to me please few programs that help me.

Use an "Image to array" and replace the "0" with your desired vlaue and convert back to image.Can you tell us your application?
