LabVIEW comes with Help and Examples.  See the Help button on the Menu Bar?  Choose LabVIEW Help.  Search for Listbox, and look for something with the location "Concepts".  That should tell you about Listboxes, and may even have a link to Examples!

Or you can go to the Help menu and choose "Find Examples".  The best part of Examples is you can (a) run them, (b) study them, (c) modify them (but I recommend not trying to "save" them, but rather copying them to your LabVIEW Data folder where you can modify them safely without affecting the "master copy"), and (d) learn by doing.

You'll definitely have to learn about LabVIEW programming by searching a bit. This is not very complicated.

"List Folders.vi" to list the *.tdms files in a selected folder.

"TDMS List Content.vi" to get the list of groups and channels.

Property node "Strings[]" of a Ring control to list the groups and channels.

Here is one quick implementation.

Thank you, Bob Schor! I am learning a lot from the examples. They are really good for beginners.
