File Move function produces Error 1

Hello,

Forgive me, if this is a trivial question.

I am trying to rename a text file following the example in http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/576434CD1B659EE386256F04006909AA. However the Move function produces an error 1. What am I doing wrong?

My system is LabVIEW 11-64 bit on a Win 7ProSP1-64 bit PC.
