File/Folder Rename

I don't think anything has changed. I remember this behavior in Windows XP with LabVIEW 2009. I have always used the DLL call for a move or rename when dealing with lots of files or large amounts of data.
It also is useful for other things like when you have explorer windows open to a folder you are renaming. Using the LabVIEW rename that window goes up a folder to one that exists. With the DLL rename it will update the already open window to show the new named one.
